JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case for the offence under Sections 498 A, 379 and other allied Sections of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The informant has alleged torture and demand against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner has also filed a criminal case against the prosecution side, bearing Complaint case no. 658 C of 2013. In the circumstances, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within four weeks from today the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16718 of 2015 (2) dt.13-04-2015 2 / 2 Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Salkhua P.S.
