The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kotwali P.S. case no. 147 of 2011, registered under Sections 420,406,504,506/34 of the IPC.

A petition was filed by the employee of the petitioner before the Janta Darbar which on transmission was registered as an FIR. Allegation is that for discharging certain work the petitioner issued a cheque which, on presentation, was dishonoured. It is stated that the penal provisions are compoundable. Both the parties have now compromised and certain amounts payable to the informant has been paid by way of

The petitioner had earlier moved for anticipatory bail before the learned Sessions Judge which was disposed of permitting him to surrender. However, the petitioner made efforts and compromised with the informant after paying the acceptable dues.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Let the petitioner, named above, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna, in connection with Kotwali P.S. case no. 147 of 2011, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438

(2) of the Cr.P.C. with further following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors shall be the own/close family member of the petitioner.

(ii) As soon as the charges are framed the petitioner shall appear in person before the trial court on the date(s) fixed at the trial. In case of default in such appearance on two consecutive dates, the trial Court shall have liberty to cancel the bail
