The instant application for regular bail has been filed by the petitioner in connection with G.R.P. Mokama P.S. case No. 41 of 2019 instituted for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 326, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 17.06.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 73919 of 2019.

In compliance of the order dated 6.7.2023, a status report has been received by which it appears that trial will be concluded within a period of six months.

No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14810 of 2022(9) dt.23-08-2023 2/2 the regular bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected.

The application stands disposed off.

The learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within the stipulated period of six months as mentioned in its report failing which, the petitioner will be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
