JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-03-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in Chapra Muffasil PS Case No. 347 of 2017 registered under Section 365 of the IPC. The allegation in brief is that the informant's cousin along with her son Manish Kumar Rai, 13 years old, went to market but did not return back.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that merely on suspicion the police apprehended the petitioner as it is alleged that the girl and this petitioner had been in love affair and petitioner used to talk with the girl on mobile, however the police has submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner without recovery of the girl. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Nitesh Kumar Ram @ Nitesh Kumar @ Nitish Kumar Ram is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Chapra Muffasl PS Case No. 347 of 2017 on the following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors must be a close family member of the
