JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 07-08-2017 The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with S.Tr. No.10-2 of 2017 arising out of Harsidhi P.S.Case No.276 of 2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 498(A), 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from perusal of the record that a report was called for from the court concerned and from perusal of the report, it appears that in this case all the witnesses have been examined except the Doctor and the learned trial court has reported that the postmortem report is also not available, as such he seeks two months' time for completion of the trial.

In such view of the matter, this application is disposed of with direction to the court below that if the trial is not concluded within a period of two months, as described by the
