The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of her arrest in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 594 of 2018 dated 13.10.2018 instituted for the offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner and 15 others is said to have opened account in the State Bank of India branch and also obtained Welcome Kit which is given to new account holders. Thereafter, it has been alleged by the Branch Manager of the bank that the petitioner and others have been defrauding people on some pretext or the other. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR is absolutely vague and it does not state as to how act of fraud is being committed by

For the FIR to be completely vague so far as allegation of fraud is concerned, and taking into account the fact that petitioner is a girl student, prosecuting her studies, she is directed to be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on her furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Supaul in connection with Supaul P.S. Case No. 594 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
