JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 22-07-2020 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State through virtual Court proceeding. In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Wazirganj P.S. Case No.245 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 143, 323, 341, 324, 326, 307, 379, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation has been made that while the informant was coming from his motorcycle, the accused persons surrounded him and tried to snatch his bike. Allegation has been made against this petitioner that he has caused injury by Pasuli. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the injury has been caused by the key of the motorcycle. However, the Court below in the impugned order has described the nature of injury and mentioned that the injury sustained by the informant in grievous in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12366 of 2020(2) dt.22-07-2020 2/2 Looking to the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within eight weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court. While passing the order, the Court below will also consider the cases of other accused persons.
