JUSTICE PRAKASH CHANDRA JAISWAL ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution case, six motor cycles borne criminals looted Rs. 69,000/- and a mobile of the informant. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is not named in the FIR. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. The petitioner has not been put on T.I. parade. Other accused person, namely, Raja has been enlarged on bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 19.12.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1242 of 2016. The petitioner is in custody since 18.02.2017 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail
