Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 448, 504, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The petitioner is in custody since 17.08.2017. Allegation is that he fired at the informant causing injury at her hand. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in
