JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 10-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 384, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot. Co-accused Rohit Kumar, who was apprehended at the spot, disclosed the name of the petitioner. From written report it appears that Rohit Kumar was apprehended by the police and he disclosed the name of the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let, above named petitioner, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
