ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 21-09-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2017 in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.101 of 2017 registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is a case and counter case between the parties. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he is said to have given knife blow on the left hand, but the injury, which has been described, does not support the prosecution story.

Considering the aforementioned facts and

No.42751 of 2017 (3) dt.21-09-2017 2/2 circumstances and a history of previous disputes and that the petitioner has already been in custody for more than six months, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Judge-X-Cum-ACJM, Patna, in connection with Patrakar Nagar P.S. Case No.101 of 2017.
