It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there is no recovery from the possession of the petitioner. He has not been put on T.I. parade. The name of the petitioner has come in the confessional statement of co-accused, Baban Yadav, who has already been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 18.05.2017 in Cr.
