Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; learned counsel for the State and learned counsel for the Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam Limited.

In the present case the petitioner has made a prayer

Patna High Court CWJC No.7772 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2022 2/2 that the admitted dues to the tune of Rs.32,91,380/- arising out of supply of 298000 pieces of jute gunny bags in the year 2014 be released to him. As regards the payment of interest and any other dues is concerned, he shall avail the alternative remedy. Learned counsel appearing for the Bihar Rajya Beej Nigam Limited submits that the aforesaid amount shall be released to the petitioner at the earliest in any case not later than three weeks from today.

We do not wish to make any observation with regard to the claim of interest and any other dues as the petitioner is always at liberty to seek remedy as per law. The writ petition stands disposed off.
