At an earlier occasion, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 20.12.2017 under Cr. Misc. No. 62037/2017 (Annexure-1). Petitioner remained under custody for six months having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, AASHISH KUMAR @ TINKU KUMAR @ TINKU is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, 1st, Bhagalpur in connection with Sultanganj PS Case No. 342/2017.
