Regard being had to the direct and specific

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12134 of 2016 (2) dt.18-03-2016 2/2 allegation against the petitioner that he sexually abused a minor girl aged about 16 years by confining her in his house, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, application is rejected.
