27-03-2019 Heard Sri Shambhu Sharan Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Smt. Anita Kumari Singh, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

Within a very short span of time, the petitioner has approached this Court again for grant of bail. Recently, on 18-08-2018, vide Cr. Misc. No. 48620 of 2018, the prayer for bail of petitioner was rejected, considering the seriousness of the offence. The petitioner is accused in Rupaspur P.S. Case No. 178 of 2018 registered for offence under Sections 452, 324, 307 & 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner tried to persuade the Court to examine the case on merit.

The prayer for bail again stands dismissed.
