No-one appears on behalf of the State.

Petitioner, in the present case, is seeking regular bail in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Section 374 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 26 of the Juvenile Justice Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner is that he was involved in taking away some minor children with him at Jaipur Bangles Factory by Sealdah Ajmer Express from Gaya Junction. He was apprehended by police alongwith those minor childrens when seated in the train. Learned counsel submits that the boys were going with him at the instance of their father. The father was working at Jaipur

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.32831 of 2017 (2) dt.20-07-2017 2/2 and with consent of their family members the children were going there. Learned counsel submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, Md. Rashid be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rail, Gaya, in connection with Gaya Rail P.S. Case No. 151 of 2017, subject to the conditions under Section 437(3) of the Cr.P.C.
