Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.312 of 2017, registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that 7 liters of Mahua liquor is alleged to be recovered from the petitioner's house and the petitioner is in custody since 03.11.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Sushil Mahto is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Bihariganj P.S. Case No.312 of 2017.
