This is a case registered under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 411 IPC was added. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner having no criminal antecedent has falsely been implicated in this case and the recovery of motorcycle attributed upon the petitioner is false as the seizure has not been prepared in accordance with law. Petitioner is in custody since 22.08.2017. In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees
