Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Pirpainty P. S. Case no. 214 of 2014 registered under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the nature of allegation, submissions that occurrence took place on account of previous land dispute and there being no criminal antecedent of the petitioner, let petitioner above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate,
