Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

On the disclosure of co-accused before the police, a stolen motorcycle was allegedly recovered from Baithaka of this petitioner.

Submission is that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 18.11.2017. The investigation of the case is already complete and the petitioner is ready to cooperate with the trial.

Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19199 of 2018 (2) dt.09-04-2018 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Mirganj Police Station Case No. 293 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
