JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 09-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Chousa P.S. Case No. 17/2015 registered under Sections 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, for alleged recovery of two Domestic Gas Cylinders from his shop.

Be that as it may, in the event of their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks, let the petitioner, namely, Upendra Bhagat, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ashok Kumar - II, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Uda-Kishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Chousa P.S. Case No. 17/2015, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
