KUMAR ORAL ORDER 28-02-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is an application for regular bail in connection with Khaira P. S. Case No. 301 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 153 (A) (1) (a) (b) (c), 153 (A) (2), 353, 188, 341, 323, 435 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is that petitioner was in the mob attempting to create communal harmony and rioting during Tajia procession. It is submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused including petitioner. Due to some personal grudge petitioner has been made accused in the present case. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Jamui, in connection with Khaira P.
