Petitioners are accused in connection with Murar P.S. Case No. 98 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of the Excise Act.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioners are innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioners. It is also submitted that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and are in custody since 17.12.2019 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail
