Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.468 of 2017, registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that the petitioner applied for the post of Chowkidar on compassionate ground but the certificate submitted by him was found fake.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was himself made a victim by that institution, which provided the certificate and he is in custody since 24.09.2017. Having considered the said facts and circumstances, petitioner Jagjiwan Paswan is directed to be released on bail on

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10943 of 2018(2) dt.23-02-2018 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Patna in connection with Gandhi Maidan P.S. Case No.468 of 2017.
