2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 2557 of 2012.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in a dispute of purely civil nature arising out of a commercial transaction between the parties. There is inordinate delay in filing the complaint petition in the year 2012 for the alleged occurrence said to have commenced on 21.10.2009 and for which cognizance has been taken in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12241 of 2016 (2) dt.17-03-2016 year 2015.

4. Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea, in connection with Complaint Case No. 2557 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C.
