The Petitioner seeks bail in Lodipur P.S. Case No. 22 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-B) and 26 of the Arms Act.

The allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of one country made pistol and knife.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in custody since, 10.04.2017.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail
