Let the petitioner surrender and pray for regular bail before CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No.21 of 2015 as the allegation against the petitioner is of giving a lathi blow to the informant.

The court below shall read the written report of the above noted case and shall find out the individual allegation appearing against the petitioner and shall never allow himself to be influenced by mere insertion of a section of the Indian Penal Code. The court below shall not be prejudiced by the fact that the petitioner had approached this Court also for bail under Section 438 Cr.P.C.
