KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 473 of 2015 instituted for the offences punishable under section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is that he along with other accused persons snatched money, ATM card and Pin from the informant and fled away.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. His prayer for bail is rejected.

This application is dismissed.
