JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 15-07-2019 Since learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondents have themselves come forward with a formula for resolution of the dispute, this Court is not called upon to adjudicate any issue. The petitioner has undertaken to pay 50% of Rs.1,52,569/- within one week from today, thereupon the respondents have agreed to restore the electric connection of the petitioner which will be done forthwith after the deposit is made by the petitioner. Patna High Court CWJC No.4430 of 2019(2) dt.15-07-2019 2/2 disclosed by the respondents in paragraph 9 of the counter affidavit which is up to April, 2016. The balance amount of 50% shall be deposited by the petitioner in three equal monthly installment.

Learned counsel for the respondents submits that this amount will be slightly increased after April, 2016 and learned counsel for the petitioner submits that whatever may be the difference amount on account of surcharge shall be paid by the petitioner within the aforesaid period of three months. In the aforesaid view of the matter, this writ application is being disposed off taking note of the stand of the parties which will be treated as an order of this Court.
