JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 26-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned APP for the State.

Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341,323,376,504,34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4 and 6 of POCSO Act. According to FIR, co-accused Vishal Kumar was in some relationship with the daughter of the informant. When Vishal Kumar was apprehended in the house of the informant, the petitioners came for his rescue and occurrence of assault and abuse took place.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty

No.16705 of 2018 (2) dt.26-03-2018 Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Jale Police Station Case No.13 of 2018, POCSO G.R.Case No.01 of 2018, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
