2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024 registered for offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. As per prosecution case, 52.500 litres of illicit foreign liquor was recovered from the possession of co-accused Tunu Kumar Keshri.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. The petitioner has been implicated in this case due to being wife of main accused Tunu Kumar Keshri. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16262 of 2025(2) dt.02-04-2025 2/2 for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid circumstances, this application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

7. Accordingly, let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Excise Judge II, Patna/ concerned court below in connection with Parsa Bazar P.S. Case No. 122 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Ranjeet/- U T
