2. In terms of order dated 09.11.2017, counter affidavit has been filed on behalf of the Accountant General bringing on record material to show that revalidation of the authority by the Accountant General, Jharkhand, which was required for payment being made to the petitioner, has been done on 14.11.2017 and the same has been communicated to the
Patna High Court CWJC No.5655 of 2016 (7) dt.23-11-2017 2/2 Senior Treasury Officer, East Champaran, Motihari on 16.11.2017, with a request to ensure payment within five days. Copy of the aforesaid counter affidavit has been served on learned counsel for the State of Bihar today.
3. In view of the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the respondent no. 4 to ensure that actual payment is made to the petitioner taking into account the revalidation made by the Accountant General, Jharkhand dated 14.11.2017, copy of which has been made Annexure-B to the counter affidavit filed today and the consequential forwarding of the same by the Accountant General, Bihar, to the respondent no. 4, under letter dated 16.11.2017, copy of which has also been brought on record in the counter affidavit, within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him.
4. The writ petition stands disposed off in the aforementioned terms.
