JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 10-10-2022 The short prayer of the petitioner is to direct the Circle Officer, Areraj Circle, East Champaran at Motihari i.e. the Respondent No. 5 to dispose of the pending Encroachment Case No. 15/2012-2013.
The learned counsel for the RespondentState submits that in case, the aforesaid encroachment case has not been concluded, the
Patna High Court CWJC No.4667 of 2020(2) dt.10-10-2022 2/2 same shall be taken to its logical conclusion forthwith.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the present writ petition stands disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to dispose of the aforesaid Encroachment Case No. 15/2012-2013, if not already disposed of, in accordance with law and after hearing the affected parties, within a period of twelve weeks of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
