The present petition has been filed for modification of the order dated 30.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36102 of 2022 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner counsel for the petitioner could not inform to the petitioner about the bail on time. Hence, he could not furnish the bail bonds on time. The petitioner is directed to deposit Rs. 3000/-

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30296 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 before District Legal Services Authority, Gaya. On the ground mentioned in the modification petition, the same is allowed. The period of surrender is further extended for a period of four weeks from today. The order dated 30.11.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36102 of 2022 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, the petition stands allowed.
