This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29498 of 2017.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that inadvertently in the prayer portion of petition of Cr. Misc. No. 29498 of 2017, instead of "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, District-Samastipur", the address of satisfaction court has wrongly been typed as "Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, District-Samastipur. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the order dated 01.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 29498 of 2017, let the name of the court concerned be read as "Learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35628 of 2017 (2) dt.02-08-2017 2/2 District-Samastipur" in place of "Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, District-Samastipur".

This modification application is accordingly disposed of.
