The petitioner has been in custody since 30.11.2017 in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case No. 24/2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272/273/ of the Indian Penal Code along with Sections 35 (C) (D) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Considering the nature of allegations made against the petitioner and also that he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge Excise Act, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Maniyari P.S. Case
