2. The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68094 of 2023 in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 389 of 2014.

3. Learned Senior counsel submits that petitioner has been granted bail vide order dated 18.10.2023 with a condition that he shall appear before the concerned police station every month for one year to mark attendance. Counsel submits that present case is relating to Barh Police Station whereas petitioner is working in Titan Showroom, Patna and whenever he used to visit police station for appearance then entire day he

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30812 of 2024(4) dt.26-06-2024 2/2 was stopped by the police officials and his whole day get lapsed. Counsel further submits that since day of order i.e. from 18.10.2023, he is continuously visiting the police station every month to mark his attendance. He submits that he may be exonerated from fulfilling the said condition i.e. Condition No. III of the bail order.

4. Counsel for the State submits that the petitioner is bound to follow the said direction on the basis of which bail has been granted.

5. In the light of the submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner, let the said Condition No. III is hereby modified and from today onwards petitioner need not to visit concerned police station every month, instead thereof, he shall appear in the Court on the every date fixed.

6. With this direction, the order dated 18.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68094 of 2023 in connection with Barh P.S. Case No. 389 of 2014 is hereby modified. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U
