Having heard both sides and on perusal of report it appears that out of seven witnesses six have been examined and the case is pending for examination of I.O., who is on leave as reported by the Superintendent of Police, Vaishali, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. However, Superintendent of Police, Vaishali is directed
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8991 of 2018 (4) dt.21-03-2018 2/2 to ensure the presence of the I.O. in court as and when he joins his duties from leave and the learned trial court is directed to conclude the trial within a reasonable period of time.
