The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 183/2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341/323/324/498(A)/379/504/494/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the facts that the marriage was solemnized 32 years back, the present anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Accordingly, let the petitioners above named be

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.14835 of 2022(2) dt.05-04-2022 2/2 released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Katihar, in connection with Barsoi P.S. Case No. 183/2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
