The petitioner is in custody in connection with Bakhtiyarpur (Balwahat O.P.) P.S. Case No.117 of 2017, a case under Sections 379/307/354/504/506 and other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently offence under Section 302 of the Indian Penal Code was also added.

The allegation of commission of injury with iron rod at the head is against co-accused Bino Rai. There is allegation of commission of theft of ear-ring against the petitioner. Considering the nature of allegation and the fact that both sides are neighbours, let the petitioner, above named, be

No.4559 of 2018 (2) dt.29-01-2018 P2/ released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
