ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-09-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in Complaint Case No.3766© of 2013 for the offence under Sections 406 and 420/34 of the I.P.C.

It appears from perusal of the complaint petition that the dispute relates to purchase and sale of the land in which petitioners no.1 and 2 had already received consideration amount which led to the present dispute.

Considering the entire facts and circumstance and that the present dispute is purely civil in nature, let the three petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20212 of 2015 (3) dt.29-09-2015 2/2 before the court below within three weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Ghanshyam Singh, J.M. 1st Class, Patna, in Complaint Case no.3766 ( C ) of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
