Petitioner is an accused in connection with Andharatharhi P.S. Case No. 102 of 2019 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 325, 307, 352, 379, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in connection with the present case. It is further submitted that the injury is found to be simple in nature. Petitioner is in custody since 28.12.2019. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M.,
