JUSTICE RAJAN GUPTA) 17-02-2022 The grievance of the petitioner is that wrongful assessment of electrical bill/ charges for the electric connection provided to the petitioner, has been made by the electricity department.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made number of representations to the respondent nos. 2, 3 and 4 but no response has been received. Admittedly, there is internal mechanism in the electricity

Patna High Court CWJC No.7504 of 2021(2) dt.17-02-2022 2/2 department known as Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum, doors whereof have not been knocked by the petitioner. In case, the petitioner does so within 10 days from today, the said authority shall look into the matter and take a decision at the earliest in any case not later than 60 days.

The learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to furnish a copy of the instant writ petition upon the learned counsel appearing for the respondent-State as well as upon the learned counsel representing the North Bihar Power Distribution Company Limited.

The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
