JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 This application has been filed for modification of the order dated 20.9.2017 passed in Cr.Misc.No. 46275 of 2017 by which petitioner was granted bail on the condition that till conclusion of trial petitioner will make his attendance before the concerned Police Station of the area in the first week of every month, otherwise his bail bond shall be cancelled. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that the case has been transferred to the C.I.D. and petitioner is facing very difficulty to appear on each and every date. In such view of the matter, the order dated 20.9.2017 stands modified to the extent that petitioner has to appear before the police station as and when required by police.
