The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 447, 504, 506, 120(B), 420, 406, 467, 468 and 471 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged in the written report that on the promise of providing job to the son of informant as T.T.E. in Railway, petitioner has taken Rs. 4.50 Lac from the informant. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. He is in custody since 20.11.2017.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16100 of 2018 (3) dt.13-04-2018 2/2 the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Bariyarpur P.S. Case No. 79 of 2017.
