Petitioners seek bail in connection with Dagarua P.S. Case No. 75 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41 and 47 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of these petitioners. Petitioners have no concern with the seized article. Petitioners have no criminal

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Alamganj P.S. Case No.284 of 2020 corresponding to Special Case No. 254 of 2020.
