====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of anticipatory bail in Islampur P.S. Case No. 209/2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The dead body was recovered from a field and the deceased was killed for non-fulfillment of demand of dowry. Considering the relationship of these petitioners as they happen to be father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased and there are enough materials available on record against them, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.
