the State in the respective writ petitions, are also present. It is stated by Mr. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that a writ petition of similarly situated person had been dismissed but the order was challenged in LPA No.1555 of 2016 and it is taking note of such circumstances that the present batch of writ petitions was adjourned to be listed on disposal of LPA No.1555 of 2016. He submits that during the pendency of the matter an office order was issued by the Assistant Inspector General of Registration, Patna Division, Patna bearing Memo No.1302 dated 21.8.2017, whereby the Data Entry Operators/Computer Operators have been restored to their original position. He submits that by passing of the order dated 21.8.2017 the grievance of the petitioners has been redressed and it is taking note of this situation that LPA No.1555 of 2016 has also been disposed of. He prays for similar disposal.

Having considered the submissions of Mr. Sinha the present batch of writ petitions is disposed of taking note of the order dated 21.8.2017, a copy of which has been produced by Mr. Sinha, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.
