2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 417 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The first assailant of the deceased is one Deepak Kumar. Subsequently, the accused persons are stated to have assaulted the victim. The post-mortem has not been held. The petitioner is in jail since 05.10.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19480 of 2024(3) dt.08-05-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if charge has not already been framed, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Aurangabad in connection with Obra P.S. Case No. 417 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner may co-operate in the trial.
